This was an extremely distressing and unacceptable experience, especially for a pediatric medical visit.

The nurse conducting my son’s allergy testing was very rough, impatient, and not child-friendly. She applied the allergy test pins with excessive force, causing my son significant pain, visible bleeding, and intense distress. My son cried throughout the entire procedure.

I now understand why this doctor’s rating is so low.

My appointment was at 11:00 AM, and they claim to have a strict 10-minute waiting policy. To make sure I was on time, I left home 45 minutes early for what should have been a 25-minute drive. Unfortunately, there was a huge traffic on I-405, not sure if it's due to accident or some road work and I informed the clinic in advance that I’d be a little late. I reached their front desk at 11:11 AM, only to be told I was “too late” and the doctor refused to see me. Daughter went in for allergy testing due to an anaphylactic reaction and they came back saying she did not need an epi pen bc it was just a grass allergy. Well we are sitting in the ER right now bc she just had another anaphylactic reaction while on a run.
They are absolutely useless!
