I called Mr. Lee inquiring to be a new customer and a brief description of what my situation is (I am selling a house this year and will be buying a house). He asked me a few questions and then told me outside consultations are between $200-$300 an hour. I told him I am definitely hiring a CPA this year to do my taxes, he then stopped me and said before I file taxes with him I am not considered a client of his. Then I asked him how much is the exact hourly rate (since he gave me an arbitrary range), he then abruptly said "I don't have time to go over this with you!
