Dana was wonderful with my 87-year-old dad. She was very gentle, patient, and caring with him, as if he was her own father. She did a great haircut for him and took her time being careful during the wash, as he doesn't like getting water near his eyes or ears. She went the extra mile to make sure he was always comfortable. Afterward, when she noticed a little water had dripped down the back of his neck, she tucked in a dry towel for him and told us we could take it home so that he's more comfortable. The cut was only OK, but the price seemed excessive. I discovered I had agreed to the MVP treatment without really understanding her English. I will take the blame for the extra treatments, but not the rushed and non-thorough cut job. I had to fix a lot of it at home myself. Why are there no current reviews? The latest is one from 2021, then back to 2019. Are they lazy or hiding bad reviews?

Came in today for a haircut after a very bad experience with GreatClips. My hair were uneven throughout. Claire was my stylist and she did a great job. She was very diligent, never felt like she was in a hurry and styled my hair with great care. My hair looks nice again.
