I’ve been coming to Silhouette Hair Salon for over three years. Som is fantastic. She listens, cares, and always makes sure I leave feeling confident and taken care of.
I love that they use a line of all organic, high-quality products, which has made such a difference in the health and shine of my hair. During my pregnancy, Som carefully mapped out a plan with me so that I could get less frequent color touch-ups but still look great. She was so thoughtful and carefully adjusted my treatments to keep everything extra safe, which I really appreciated.
My color is stunning, my hair is healthy, and the entire experience is always comfortable and relaxing. The service is consistently top-notch, and I feel pampered every time I visit... Som has given me drinks, snacks, always has a charger for my phone, and has fast Wi-Fi so I can work while I'm getting my hair done.

The salon manager did an unprofessional job of dyeing my hair and stained my clothes with dye, which I was then forced to throw away. And they didn't even apologize.

I got a haircut and bang trim from Som and it was a lovely experience. She made my hair feel light and the cut turned out beautiful, plus my bangs frame my face and I love the way they turned out. Som is so kind, I really enjoyed chatting with her and it's clear she is so knowledgeable. I'm looking forward to seeing her again soon!

I just wanted to share my experience working with Susan at Silhouette Hair Salon and Spa. I saw her ad and was instantly drawn to a hair color she did on one of her clients. It’s never easy for me to part ways with my long-time hairstylist, but I lucked out with Susan. She was the first stylist I went to in July 2025, and with her 20+ years of experience, including owning Indulge Salon and Day Spa, I knew I was in good hands.
I wanted a darker tone for my light blond hair and needed someone who listens and gives professional advice. Susan explained the treatment process clearly and was totally honest, which I really appreciated. Now, my hair color looks amazing and feels so much healthier! I even got compliments from my colleagues when I went back to work the next day. I rebooked a touch-up session just yesterday and I’m really happy with the results.
Next month, I’m planning to try a copper color with her—I showed her some inspirations and can’t wait! Overall, my experience has been both professional and delightful. If you’re unsure about what you want, I suggest stopping by the salon for a consultation to save time and get a realistic idea of costs. The staff at Silhouette work hard to give the best hair treatments, and I truly hope Susan is around for a long time because finding a professional hair beautician like her is tough!

I love my hair! I showed Susana my inspo pic and she slayed it! She also did an amazing job on my hair cut! I heard she did former Miss WA & a celebrity from the Discovery channel as well as the crew. She used to own her salon in Okanogan county and even photo journalists from National geographic see her.
