So happy to have found this salon! RJ matched my highlights perfectly, and most importantly, he was kind and helpful after I had a bad experience with another salon as a new resident of Bellevue. I recommend RJ and Seymour's to anyone, and I will be back.

Previously being a cosmetology instructor, he is highly skilled in all aspects of hair care. Because of that I have stayed with him for many years, going through multiple styles and lengths. I wouldn't even consider going anyplace else.

Terrific salon. Lee Lao is my hairdresser, although the other two there are her equals. Each have excellent experience and skills, are professional and quite efficient. Lee, Judy and RJ are good at working in or taking walk-ins fairly soon. Scheduling in an appointment can be within a week or same day sometimes. Lee is my girl there. Pricing and time per treatment is spot on. This is an easy, comfortable, quick salon. Non pretentious. Parking is plentiful. QFC with a Starbucks, Subway, Silver Platters, European Shoe Repair and gas all in the same strip. Barbara 3/12/2024.
