I love this place! The girls are great - polite, knowledgeable, and will patiently listen if you have a million questions like I did when I started tanning.
I could not be happier with how my tan has turned out after only having to use the beds a few times!

Just received TOP NOTCH customer service from Kalia! There was an issue with my account, and she not only made it super easy to fix, and credited me for an extra charge, but advised me on services and packages that would work best for my circumstances going forward. The whole vibe of this interaction was super positive, and deserves a shout out!

Just started getting into tanning and I got recommended to go see Natalie at the Factoria location. She exceeded my expectations! Not only did she make me feel comfortable, and more knowledge on tanning she is just a great sales rep. Factoria has a good one!Service: Tanning
