Had to bring our youngest in tonight for croup. It was reasonably smooth and quick, and the staff were top notch. The nurse (Alexis) and Dr. (Rachel) both gave excellent care to us and the baby. They were attentive, confident, calm, and friendly despite all the questions. Even the security guard (didn’t catch his name, tall guy with curly hair) offered to show one of our other kids to the bathroom while our hands were full.

Had a great experience at Seattle Children's Urgent Care in Bellevue. The medical team was professional and compassionate, the facility was clean and welcoming, and they made my child feel comfortable. Staff was efficient and answered all my questions. Highly recommend this clinic!
they have pretty bad services. Like they would leave your 1 year old crying all the time as they do their work, while the lack of professionalism and necessities usually make your baby cry longer.
the doctors and nurses seem to not care about the baby just like how those giant medical insurance companies don’t care about your health.
