It's closed. You can't really figure it out at first but it seems like this business is a casualty of Covid-19.

I came here several times, service was always pleasant. I originally found them on Groupon and then kept going every time I felt it was needed. I used to go mainly when I got colds or during spring/ pollen season. It helped me a lot with allergies when I went consistently. They would have deals from time to time. Also I think they're the only salt cave in the surrounding Seattle area

After a 45 minute drive they’re not even open. They’re not answering the phones. The website says they should be open from 11am to 7 pm. really disappointed with the lack of information.

This place gets a three star only because my massage therapist did a an amazing job. But I dont think I will be going again because of the lady at the front counter (I think she might be the owner). She was not wearing a mask at all. And then kept saying how the salts are antibacterial (covid is a virus). And I had a gift card of $190 and my massage was $175. I could not use the difference to tip my massage therapist. Then I asked to charge my card for a tip, she told me they could not. Then asked if she can break a $50 bill and was told no. Luckily I had $10 on me and gave that because I did not want my massage therapist getting nothing. If you're there purely for aesthetic reasons then yes this place is beautiful for photos.

Pre booked my wife and her friend for mother's day for what was supposed to be a relaxing spa and 90 minute massage treatment each. Only one massage therapist was present and the other one was "late" and showed up well over an hour late. Total laps of what we were promised when booking and nothing was done to make up for the complete lack of service.

Poor customer service and overall confusion with scheduling and services.

Had a couple appointments for a birthday, and the massages were great and the place was so cool. The massage therapists wore masks the whole time. The thing that stopped it from getting 5 stars was the front desk worker who wasn't wearing a mask. Maybe I'll come back, but not until the pandemic is over

This place is the best! Restful, relaxing and a perfect place to meditate while taking in the benefits of breathing mineral-rich salt deposits! Try it once and you'll be convinced yourself..! They also have salt lamps for sale so you can take home some of the effects!

An amazing experience! So relaxing and quite frankly surreal. Sat back in the zero gravity chair and just enjoyed the experience. My lungs feel much clearer. I can definitely see this helping with respiratory issues as well as maintaining ones mental health.
