We lost hot water all of a sudden and after calling a few places that were “too busy” - Arash was responsive and came within the hour. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Communicated promptly and let me know when he’d arrive.
He was able to resolve the issue quickly before my kids had bath time! Life saver! Rigid plumbing will be our go-to in the future.
Arash is great. He’s done two major jobs for me, years apart. And that says something when you have another major project and you don’t even call another plumber. The first job was reconfiguring a bathroom and adding a shower ON CONCRETE SLAB. I remember asking him how long it would take since they needed to cut out the concrete. I thought he was crazy when he said, “one day.” But guess what? He descended on my house with 3 other plumbers on his crew at it was done in ONE day. Rigid is the best, you won’t regret dealing with Arash or his company!
We had a difficult to detect leak in the bathroom and they were able to quickly come diagnose the repair and suggest good fixes for the same. Really appreciate them being so kind and doing and helping us out in this situation.
