We have been patients of Dr. Carlson from when he first started working with his Dad. He has always been professional and knowledgeable, always up to date with any new developments in the industry. When we discovered my 3 year old had congenital cataracts, Dr Carlson followed our case and then when he felt it was the right timing, he referred us to a top pediatric eye specialist and got us in quickly. We have also worked with his other colleagues in the practice and have always come away feeling confident in their care! They are top notch!
Puget Sound Eye Care is top notch! Aside from their expertise which one expects from any eye care provider, they have a sense of amiability and respectfulness that, if you've never had that, adds so much to your visit. Some places make you feel pressured to purchase your equipment in the same visit or make you feel rushed. Not PSEC. Here, you are given a quality exam and made to feel comfortable and well looked after. You also are encouraged to reach out whenever you have questions or concerns.
I’ve had many eye exams and contact fittings elsewhere but my last 3 exams over the years at Puget Sound Eye Care have been far superior to any other location. My most recent exam and fitting this month was medically thorough, with excellent communication, and fine tuning of glasses and lens options.
