Went here recently for an exam and some blood tests and had an overall positive experience. All staff was friendly and worked efficiently. I even got the results from the tests posted to my Kaiser portal within a few hours. The only thing was that when I came in it wasn't really clear if the self check-in kiosks were working/available, so everyone just of stood in line for the receptionists. Not a big deal and the line went quickly, but some clearer signage of where we are supposed to go initially would be helpful.
Had an apt with PcP at 11:30 am. Came at 11:00 to check in. Waited until 11:45, no one came out to get me. Checked in with front desk again and was told doctor was out for the whole week. Obviously, I did not get a call from anyone prior to coming in nor did anyone inform me when I first checked in. No one in the office even realized she was out. I was also not the only patient on her schedule. How is this even possible ? What kind of business are they running ?

No way to contact the clinic or doctors directly. For medical care this is unacceptable.

Horrible organization, hungry for money at the expense of front line workers and patients. The quality of care is negligent and I foresee malpractice lawsuits coming as patients fall through cracks. Let me be clear, KP does NOT care about their providers and patients. It's a factory that focuses on making the most money out of least amount of workers, and the quality of providers are awful. Really incompetent doctors and therapists, the ones who can't get because they're not good enough to be elsewhere. I would never recommend my loved ones to KP WA, across all clinics.

1 hour and counting, JUST TRYING TO GET PHARMACY INFO. This is ridiculous. My son has type 1 diabetes, but Kaiser WILL NOT work with pharmacies other than Kaiser efficiently, and even then they do not remain fully stocked. o beyond frustrating. Finally got a human on the phone and she was working from home, had no idea how to use her phone mic, took forever to find a simple list.....ARGH. Average pharmacy wait time 20 min on the phone

It's a health care system not too many are fond of. I don't mind the orderly manner in which you check in and make appointments. Haven't had Kaiser in years but am happy to have it again. Not a fan of going to to the doctors unless absolutely necessary. The first visit here was as expected. Kiosk check in for appointment and a clean large waiting room. I had to wait quite long and nearly left because of it. When the doctor finally arrived she was extremely efficient and ordered many tests. Good news, everything is in house. I'm not unhappy with this facility. Plenty of parking outside too. Stay well everyone!

This review is for the pharmacy. Honestly my least favorite pharmacy anywhere and it's 100% corporate's fault and a very solvable problem. They are chronically understaffed and so no matter what time you go, there is ALWAYS a wait of 10+ minutes, even when there is literally no one else waiting for medications. It seems like they only have one staff person ever working, which means they are filling meds, answering calls, and dealing with patients. They are clearly overworked. Also, the notification system is horrible. They'll message you to say your prescription is ready, and when you show up, after waiting forever, you can get to the counter to discover that some error happened and your refill has been canceled and you can't pick up your medications. Or they are out of stock and want you to only pick up some of your pills and come back later (to waste more gas and time, just for fun). It's very frustrating. Likely because they are so understaffed and overworked, I've also found the staff there to be curt and often extremely unhelpful. I've had prescriptions sent to the pharmacy, on my chart, and had the pharmacist refuse to fill it because the medication is available over the counter. I want my insurance to pay for it, and I waited for 15 minutes so just give me the meds my doctor ordered please! The medical assistants are very nice though (love Pam!), and every doctor we've seen here has been friendly and knowledgeable (which is why the 1 star pharmacy still gets the facility 2 stars overall).

Dr Denison and his staff neglected to tell me that a vaccine I got last year requires two doses. None of them said a word about it or scheduled the second dose. When I found out many months later it’s supposed to have a second dose they tried to blame ME - even though I have all the visit notes and their failure to even try to schedule the second dose, nor did I get any communication to schedule it, nor does it appear online in the vaccines I’m due for. They completely dropped the ball and didn’t have the integrity to admit the error. I’d have let it go if they had, but trying to blame me just means you can’t trust them.

Every appointment, pharmacy visit, customer care call, and in-person interaction with each person employed by Kaiser Permanente has been genuinely uplifting. All cells matter With Gratitude, ©
