“Hurts so Good” should really be the theme song greeting you when you walk in the door of Pins and Needles. Dr. Curtis is a top notch expert in finding all the spots that hurt and putting a pin in it. Which surprisingly is a good thing. Trust me, regardless how you feel about being poked, you WILL come back for more.
In all seriousness, I’ve had chronic hip pain on and off for about 12 years+. Unfortunately this last period of issues has lasted over 2 years without relief. 2 years of not being able to walk without being in sever, motion limiting, and life altering pain.
I have done months of chiropractic, PT, X-Ray’s, contrast imaging, MRI’s, corticosteroids, everything save a hip replacement my doctor and specialists could think of. Unfortunately they can never find a cause. It’s always just trying to find the best bandaid this go round. This time nothing helped. Then I remembered during previous flair ups my former Sports Medicine MD (sadly for me retired now) had sent me to “dry needling”.
I found Pins and Needles and after several treatments was feeling better than I had in years!! I can walk again without being in pain, my joints are still a bit stiff (I’m still in treatment) but they no longer freeze and have a much better range of motion. I can also sleep on my sides again, which has been a huge help to my quality of sleep.
I referred my mother to seek help here as well, and she also found relief started for her after just one appointment.
I know needless can be intimidating to a lot of people. And I’m not going to lie, this might hurt! But it also might be the thing that helps you reclaim your quality of life.

The best place to get acupuncture! First off, when you walk in, the place feels so serene and calm. Very clean, too, just as a clinic should be. Christian was kind, empathetic, yet very professional. He listened to my concerns and issues and provided the treatment that was exactly what I needed. I left feeling relaxed and stress-free for the rest of the day (and even into the next day!). I can't recommend this place highly enough.

The best place on the eastside for acupuncture! I was so impressed on my first visit. The clinic is so calm, peaceful, serene, and clean! Just as a wellness place should be. Christian was kind and empathetic, yet professional. He listened to my concerns and issues and provided the treatment that was just what I needed to help my stress melt away.
