Melissa is the business owner and has been doing my facials for the past 2 years. The facials here are truly great. My skin always feels refreshed, revitalized, and absolutely glowing afterward. Melissa's attentiveness and dedication to detail are exceptional. I want to leave my most positive review for Natalie, a waxing specialist. She works in room 136. She is incredibly kind, communicative, and attentive — and, most importantly, a true professional.
The waxing procedure is always done at the highest level: comfortable, careful, and she explains every detail. I also know that almost all of my friends now go to her as well.
