Alexis has done wonders! I have radiation caused muscle fibrosis and neuropathy. Her treatments have resulted in a reduction in neuropathy symptoms, increased range of motion and improved muscle firing. Her knowledge of muscle anatomy has allowed pin pointing my problem sites and tailored workouts to address these radiation damaged muscles. Thank you Pain to Performance!!
I have been going to her for a couple months once a week, she is amazing at this, If you are having range of motion or other injury issues, the machine she uses has helped me get limited range of motion back, she is very knowledgeable and on time, for me it's been the best treatment so far.Try it you might really see a improvement.
I have been coming to Alexis since December for my post op massages and she is great! She has also been taking care of my shoulder, since I had an injury months before having plastic surgery, and she just takes care of that issue too. I completely recommend her.
