My recent experience taking my wife to this urgent care took us more than 2 hours with 4 patients ahead of us. We did a walk in around 7:45pm so we were expecting to wait in the waiting room and that took us around 50-60 mins and that's fair.

Later on, when we went inside, the nurse was quite prompt in checking everything. This is when the wait started.

First we waited for 20 mins for the doctor to come in. In our case, it was Dr. Morales. She didn't come across as someone approachable as whenever we tried to ask her more questions, we somehow got the feeling the she was trying to shut us down.
It was definitely a cultural thing. She examined my wife and said that another person would come in and prepare the exit papers for you.

So we waited. 35 mins passed and it was close to 9:40pm and no one came. I came out of the room to ask around and saw Dr. Morales sitting on her seat. On asking, she said, just go back to the room and we'll come when we are ready for you. I waited another 5 mins, and saw a nurse moving past our room. I asked her for exit papers and she gave it to us in 2mins.

This whole experience took us close to 2 hrs when the doctor saw us for 10 mins and nurse took the vitals in another 10mins.

After such an experience both from administrative sense and the lack of approachability from the doctor, I'd not recommend it to anyone looking to get urgent unless absolutely necessary.

This is the only Urgent care I go to anymore and I really enjoy all the people that work there. They’re welcoming and kind and they treated my son very well the other day.

I was treated well, with outmost care and compassion. The nurse practitioner who treated me was diligent, and knowledgeable. Her assistant technician was kind and compassionate.

I am 89 years and had two cuts on a leg. I was seen quickly and treated expertly. Thank you

The doctor and nurses were very kind and thorough, and I was quite pleased with the care I received. The front desk staff were great, and the clinic is immaculate and up to date. Even though it was the July 4th holiday, my wait was reasonable. Will definitely come back to this clinic if I need urgent care in the future.

I have been here 2x before and had great service. This time around was not the case. I checked in online and drove down and thenI was checked in with receptionist. 30-40 min into my wait I was told by the receptionist she did not actually check me in - so an additional wait. Also she told me it was $40 and i paid and asked for a receipt which she said would be emailed to me. It was emailed and i checked my bill and it was actually $60. Not happy with the communication with receptionist. The actual visit with the doctor was great.
