The front desk and billing team were very helpful when it came to having to appeal my insurance denial. They were upfront about the costs and assured me I would be covered at least for the consultation which was very helpful.
The consultation was thorough, they listened to my questions and concerns (I had tms before elsewhere with results that were very positive but short lasting)
When I was able to go they were extremely kind and thorough during the fitting and initial treatment.

I have had treatment before but this company and employees have for the first time made this treatment work like I couldn’t imagine. I am feeling the results much faster than ever before. I don’t take it lightly with mental health. Thank you NeroStims

Really good treatment! I started it thinking nothing could help my mental health. I was wrong.. it helped me and I’m a different person now. It’s hard to explain how I feel but it feels weird (in a good way) to have a clear mind and to wake up without the “chains”. Really recommend this to everyone that is trying to find mental help.
