I will definitely be using again. Setting my appointment was easy and I was given an estimate over the phone. Dispatch was very communicative about my technician’s ETA. Josh did great work. He was fast, courteous, and professional. And because my project took less time than allotted he was able to tackle a few other small projects for me. Over all great experience from start to finish!

Mr. Handyman repaired my balcony above my garage that incurred water damage, installed a waterproof vinyl cover, and replaced the railing. The work they did was high quality and it looks great. My only gripe is that after spending $15K, and paying labor rates of $100-$140/hour, I was asked if I wanted to tip at the end of the project. . I did not appreciate that ... and despite what they say.... that is not customary to ask that. It left a bad taste in my mouth, and, quite honestly, makes me hesitate to call on them again even though they did good work. Our front door had shifted and became difficult to open/close. We also had a chunk missing from our ceiling missing due to a poor roofing experience with a different company. Mike from Mr Handyman handled both tasks quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend them and would use them again.
