The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and were happy to answer all my questions. I feel their laser equipment is pretty good quality, I have very thick/course back hair and saw about 85-90% reduction after 6 treatments. Will probably only need 2-3 more treatments at most. Definitely recommend
