I recently brought my beloved ring into a different jewelry store (the one that I bought it from) for cleaning as I do almost every month. This time they looked at it and told me that it was going to be “thousands of dollars” to fix. They told me that all of the prongs, more than 20 needed to be re-tipped and that the cost of metals was going through the roof. I then took my ring to Lords of Luxury and they looked at it under the microscope and said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my ring. All it needed was a quick polish. I had my ring back in a day as good as new! The staff at Lords of Luxury were honest and professional. They earned a new customer that day! Thank you!
