Kaiser is awful. Make you wait months for referral then telll you it's going to be a scan with contrast and you have to get blood work and urine done with their labs. They tell you have to fast for the blood work and the scan then the day of they tell you that it's not with contrast. They tell you results within two days. All lies for for profit. Unnecessary labs, visits and procedures that they bill for. It's been 7 days and still no results. They don't share the same system as Kaiser California nor will Kaiser Washington insurance cover work done at a Kaiser out of state so they can't or won't actually compare any progress from the last scan and say they won't...read full review
Worst place ever they make you want 2 months for a referal then they make you wait 3 hours cause they lost the fax for your blood work then you try to call 3 people tell me I can talk to anyone their 1 person tells me I can't and now I'm halfway their and learn my appointment has to be rescheduled real professional
If there were a 0 star? That's what they would get. Had a care chat with a provider. Provider put an urgent referral in for dermatology. Dermatology provider sent me a blow off message stating she didn't receive pics. Instead of consulting with the initial provider, she just cast me off. I think Kaiser Permanente is horrible
