The nurse Amanda Mcdonald gave me the absolute worst care I've ever experienced. I came into urgent care needing stitches, I was nervous, as anyone would be, she approached me with resentment & annoyance. She told me I could call one person back to be with me (I had 5-6 people in the waiting room). I called my boyfriend, she stopped him, yelled in his face & refused to let him back with me. When we asked her why she was refusing to let him back she accused him of hindering my care. The nurse Amanda Mcdonald gave me the absoultke worst care I've ever experienced. I came into urgent care needing stitches, I was nervous, as anyone would be, she approached me with resentment & annoyance. She told me I neeed stitches & should call one person back to be with me (I had 5-6 people in the waiting room). I called my boyfriend, she stopped him? yelled in his face & told him I was the reason for my wound bleeding (I had been waiting to be seen for almost an hour & has walked to used to restroom with permission from the nurses). If there were a 0 star? That's what they would get. Had a care chat with a provider. Provider put an urgent referral in for dermatology. Dermatology provider sent me a blow off message stating she didn't receive pics. Instead of consulting with the initial provider, she just cast me off. I think Kaiser Permanente is horrible
