Words are almost unable to describe what a perfect experience this was for me, and what an incredible dentist, and more importantly person, Dr. Brown is. From the moment I walked in to the genuine, smiling front desk team of Elijah, Victoria, and Brianna, to walking back to my room with Kayleigh, sitting down in the dentist chair and seeing peaceful flyovers of the Caribbean on the tv in front AND above the chair, to my meeting with Dr. Brown, everything was perfect. I recently saw Kevin Brown after having a really disappointing experience elsewhere fixing a chipped front tooth. As a former DDS myself, I knew the initial restoration wasn’t done well—it was visibly shorter than my adjacent tooth, rushed, and left me feeling honestly a bit vulnerable and self-conscious.
Seeing Dr. Brown was a completely different experience. From the start, it was clear he had a thoughtful and meticulous approach. He took detailed photos, made an impression, and created a wax-up before even beginning. His preparation and attention to detail were exactly what you’d hope for in a cosmetic restoration.
Love Dr. Brown and his staff. Lisa took care of my cleaning and x-rays today and was both thoughtful and informative. She had a gentle touch but was thorough. Would highly recommend.
