Michael Grayson was very friendly, knowledgeable, and had a very calm demeanor that put me at ease. I felt confident in the work he was doing in treating our ant problem and he assured me Insight would be with me along the way until the problem is resolved!
Jorge found and poisoned the likely ingress points for our invasive pests. We always get fast, friendly, and informative service from Jorge. We also appreciate that Insight provides these on-demand services as part of our paid quarterly contract.
William was a consummate professional in every way. he showed up early were shoe covers inside the house which wasn’t necessary but was noticed and appreciated. He listened to all of my concerns and provided excellent education about the ants, explaining how the product worked and what I could do to help (not kill ants). He’s an extremely skilled and professional technician.
