Huge thanks to Dr. Du, Bibi, Abbey and the rest of the crew whose names I never got. This is quite possibly the best medical-related office (much less dentist) I’ve ever been to either for myself or for my wife/kids. Every person I dealt with was some combination of professional, knowledgeable, super friendly, and efficient. I’ve left each visit feeling like I was in good hands and received great advice/treatment.Special thanks to Bibi for doing an outstanding job with my deep cleaning. Thank you Jonathon, Dr Lily, and Mibeth for the wonderful experience at Ideal Smiles. They made me feel comfortable from beginning to end of my appointment. Everyone is very professional. I have been going to Ideal Smiles for years and cannot recommend it enough. I personally am not the biggest fan of the dentist and in the past I have felt anxious/nervous before appointments, but I do not feel that way here. The front desk employees and hygienists are professional, friendly, and always make me feel so comfortable. Dr. Du is so knowledgeable and truly passionate about dentistry. When treatment outside of a normal cleaning is needed, she takes the time to explain it to you in detail with compassion and patience. My time with her during appointments never feels rushed.
