Higher Health is hands-down one of the best-run practices I’ve ever been to. Not only do they provide exceptional care, but they truly care about their patients. Scheduling is incredibly easy, and I love all of the amenities they offer. Depending on what I need, we might do cupping, use the stretching table, or focus on something different — and I always leave feeling genuinely taken care of.

Well run and hygienic, with a serene, spa-like atmosphere that makes each visit feel like a relaxing mini-retreat and a little treat for yourself. Dr. Haugen is warm and polite, with a depth of intelligence and focus that’s immediately evident. She checks in carefully, ensuring each concern is addressed, and works seamlessly with her assistant, who warms the body using a variety of modalities and tools before hands-on work. Dr. Haugen then works into the body in ways I didn’t know were possible, addressing my rib pain, hip pain, lower back issues, and pelvic floor tension. Dr. Haugen and her staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Even after just 1 visit I felt like I'd known them all for months. The facility is incredibly clean, well taken care of, and has great equipment. I've been going twice per week for the last month and a half and have definitely felt the improvements in my neck and back. I'd recommend them over and over!
