I'm still pinching myself. This is a practice that tracks my progress and takes responsibility for all my care. That fact alone is enough to make me continue. But then there's Dr. Pauline who heard everything I said, synthesized it all, and turned it into action plans. I would have this sharp back pain after sitting at my desk for long periods, and when I visited Dr. Pauline at HigherHealth the pain gradually started to go away based on her treatment and recommendations.
