The place is great! The coaches and community are super encouraging of beginners with scaled versions of the exercise and a vibrant atmosphere. I personally feel energized after every workout and It is an amazing feeling to be part of this community!
I joined Grey Coast CrossFit after a super loooong hiatus from CrossFit and working out in general (LOL). And it’s been great!
The community is extremely supportive and welcoming.
The coaches are dedicated and care about quality movement.
I think one of the things I love the most about this gym is that everyone gets quality coaching and community support whether you’re a rockstar firebreather or someone new to CrossFit trying to get healthier.
I have been doing CrossFit for a while (off and on for 8+ years). Been a member of 4, and visited a few others. Grey Coast is a great friendly environment to train in. The gym is the cleanest hands down of any- something you really appreciate…. Coach’s and members are supportive and welcoming. I like GCCF as much for the community as the excercise. Also with an unlimited membership you can get 24/7 open gym access to pursue your own goals which is fantastic!
