Poor customer support. We bought Hunter Douglas shades from Gong Home. The bottom part broke after 4 years. We reached out to Gong Home, only got a reply that this may require a replacement. Tried asking follow up questions on whether a replacement is necessary and the warranty (since Hunter Douglas offers Lifetime Limited warranty), got no reply after 1 month. Will update this review if hear back from them.

This is the right place where you can get your whole home window treatment done. The owner is nice and professional, gave me a lot of good advice based on my case. They also have a designer who can help you choose the window treatment types, fabrics and colors.It is an authorized Hunter Douglas store, where you can choose the HD products and have the HD professionals to install for you. Very smooth process from selecting products to measurement to installation. Their prices are also very reasonable compared with other customized window treatment shops. Highly recommend.

10/10 would recommend it to anyone who is looking for shades to compliment your home. The owner and the designer really took time to discuss all the details and the outcome is purely amazing!!
