Had been dealing with recruiters the last couple months and the experience was generally unpleasant, but I was so impressed by the reps at Fuel Talent that I just had to write a review. Jessica was incredible in helping me, by suggesting adjustments for my resume and guiding me in where I should place my focus. She also constantly followed up with updates, even during the holidays when things (unsurprisingly) slow down. And best of all, she clearly understood the tech, so knew what was required. Really appreciated all of the hard work.

Partnering with Byron was an excellent experience. I found he was understanding, supportive, and highly responsive as my recruiter. He played a fair and a meaningful role in mediating both parties. He clearly understood what both parties desired on their search. He understood nuisances of communication very well. He conveyed feedback and difficult follow-up questions in a constructive way that worked wonderfully for everyone involved.
