I’ve been coming to Factoria Village Cleaners for over 10 years. Kim greets me and my daughter by name. I’ve brought in beaded gowns, pleated curtains, as well as regular clothing and it’s always impeccably done. Highly recommended!

Every dry cleaner I went to refused to clean the candle wax out of my hoodie because the special print texture wasn't dry cleanable, but this fabulous lady told me she'd try her best after I begged her because it wasn't replaceable, and so 3 days later here's 5 stars. They did an amazing job I couldn't be happier. Said they hand cleaned it and worked hard ? and the quality shows it. Fantastic Business and quality service.

Great job cleaning my clothes! They always remember my name and offer quick and efficient service. Their prices are great and from my personal experience, the owners have been nothing but polite and friendly. Side note: it is expected that if you park there, you're bringing in clothes. Don't get mad if they ask you to park elsewhere. Parking is extremely hard to come by and they use that spot for their customers only.
