Dr. Trina Seligman has been a pivotal partner in my long-term struggle to overcome medical and metabolic issues which caused me to gain weight, as well as struggle to lose it. Back in 2012, I'd found success on a low-carb weight loss program and managed to drop 60 of the 125 lbs I needed to lose.
