Purchased a new Trane Furnace and Tankless water heater. The furnace was installed however the gas regulation setting was not set by the installer. PSE came out and identified the problem. The furnace has not worked properly since installation. The furnace waste vent was installed too close to the gase meter in violation of code. The Navien tankless was also installed incorrectly. The plumbing service valve was installed upside down, preventing it from being serviced. Called Evergreen several times, they apologized and said their manager was out of town on a company retreat. Weeks later they agreed to send someone out. They no-showed and refused to answer my phone calls since.I paid a plumbing company to fix their plumbing failure and hired a different heating AC company to fix their furnace install failure.A manager from Evergreen recently reached out to me and apologized for the service problems and reimbursed me for the plumbing service expense.

They came out promptly. We have a old Ruud furnace. The tech had to borrow tools and tape. He replaced a 26V transformer and broke a switch on the fan controller. He said that he couldn't get that part. The part was on amazon new.He did something to the pilot light sensor and it started heating with the fan on always. The repair lasted 12 hours for $650.They wanted another $350 to come back to try again. They said at that time they didn't work on >20 year old units. They wanted to sell us a new one.The unit, I found, needed only a sensor for the pilot light.

For repair, they charge pretty high diagnosis fee ($350+) plus labor and parts if they can fix. We thought this price will come with good value. Not really. The technician was not very confident about the diagnosis but told us he will try to replace one part and see if that works. Their tech went back to order the parts and a week later we were told the part is discontinued. That’s understandable. But then they told us we need to replace the whole thing with an estimate of $18k. No explanation on why our working AC needs to be replaced too. I do not like this approach to sell. So we decide to replace our furnace with another provider.

Had a pretty expensive top-of-the-line heat pump installed a few months ago. Turns out, the heat pump isn't kicking in at all when the temperatures are cold and only the older gas heater is in use. When I called up the company to report this, their first response was "I'm not sure what we can do about that". If the company thinks heat pump installations cannot handle 40F weather, they should definitely not be recommending them to customers.Service: Heating system installation

Had a heat pump installed in Bellevue from Evergreen Eastside in September. And it failed at cooling a day later. Took an hour of work to get it fixed. Now colder weather is here and heating doesn't work. Evergreen's response? "There's nothing we can do about that". And this is in the first year with the maintenance contract in place. I'm literally looking for other vendors who can come and fix this and having to pay from my pocket to fix their shoddy work.

We've been loyal customers for years. They are passionate about their business and we always feel that our heat pump is in the best possible hands for annual service and repair.

They fixed an issue with our heating system. They were quick to resolve an issue regarding the booking and They were thorough professional and a pleasure to talk to. Taking time to explain the fault and remedy. I'm really happy with my experience.

Evergreen Eastside installed my Trane heat pump system retaining an existing gas furnace as backup. It was a tight fit getting the coil above the furnace but they installed it for a competitive price and did a nice neat job. Service was friendly and accommodating to changes I asked for during installation. Highly recommend.
