This physical therapy rehab center was truly amazing. We were here to have my daughters shoulder treated for a specific issue, per the doctor, but Cara kept encouraging further imaging or another doctors opinion on the diagnoses. She was 100% correct. We HAD been given the wrong diagnoses! I was so thankful she was so knowledgeable and encouraged us to keep asking questions. Cara adjusted her treatment and we are on our way back to 100%.

My family have been patients at ESRC for 10 years and have always had excellent treatment. Both my daughters did intensive ballet and each had a serious injury that was completely resolved with PT. I have had a number of issues such as a hamstring impingement, lumbar disc bulge, knee arthritis, and last year an upper arm fractured after a bike accident that required surgery with hardware plus a rotator cuff repair. PT. at ESRC got me through all of these issues! I am getting a knee replacement this summer and the only place I want to go for my PT is ESRC!

I wish I could say Eastside Sports Rehab was my first rodeo with PT. Unfortunately after a torn ACL, I rehabbed with another well known PT practice with several locations. My conclusion after 18 months? PT is something of a hoax.
What changed my mind? A referral to Eastside Sports Rehab for neck pain.
I got better.
And a referral years later for knee pain.
I got better.
And a recent referral for shoulder pain.
It’s under control.
No one at Eastside Sports Rehab seemed surprised. They truly DO help people. They go about their work with a combination of joyfulness and seriousness that makes the process almost enjoyable.

Based on my experience, the manager/owner- Jamie may be emotionally unregulated and the receptionists lacked professional accountability. After 4 visits, I told them in-person that I needed to reschedule some future appts and they failed to update their calendar so after I went into the office for treatment, it felt like Jamie blew his lid on me in person by allegedly yelling, and accusing me of lying- inside of a closed office with no witnesses! What an awful thing for an owner of a company to do to a handicap medical patient!

I received fantastic care from Christopher Bocker when I had vertigo a couple weeks ago. A lot of other vestibular specialists had a wait of several weeks, but Eastside Sports was able to get me in within 2 hours of my call. The visit itself was amazing, he spent the full hour evaluating, discussing, and planning for next steps. I left feeling much better and more optimistic about what was happening with me. I cannot recommend Christopher Bocker enough, and if I ever have vertigo again, Eastside Sports will definitely be the first place I go.
