Chris Bocker has been my go-to for any back, neck, arm and hand issues I've had for about 14 years. He is just excellent and I can't recommend him highly enough. His wisdom and knowledge seem unparalleled—the best OT or PT I've ever encountered.
I’ve had a lingering shoulder issue for years and have been working with Jamie the last few months. I really appreciate how much progress has been made since (range of motion, strength) and that he’s willing to help me with other random issues that pop up along the way.
I highly recommend this place and Allison Fetchero for the schroth method! I have pretty moderate scoliosis (36 degrees) and started feeling low back pain severely a couple years ago. Tried regular physical therapy and chiropractors since I was a teen, which works for a bit but the dull pain always came back. Then I researched about the Schroth method and decided to give it a try at Eastside Sports Rehab. Allison showed me a few stretches along with a couple exercises and man, it works like wonders.
