I had a great first experience here; the staff were all kind and available, and Dr. Rowse provided a really excellent experience. I felt like I was seen as a person and listened to without judgement or impatience. The digital experience was without any issues: the pre-visit questionnaire was easy to open and fill out, insurance was fairly easy to check on prior, and I appreciate that they reached out to me directly to confirm my appointment the day before. I'd recommend establishing care here.
I am a tad confused - I absolutely LOVE Dr. Wendy Cui as she is incredibly thorough, detailed and really helps me understand anything from lab work to future plans.
I am a little concerned about price and cost per visit, as I have spent about $425 in one month for visits - I am not sure if this clinic has an email or a patient portal where I can directly communicate with the staff or administrative team. I am hoping to discuss if coming in monthly necessary if it’s $125 per visit.
