Helen (and her husband at the front desk) is AMAZING. I've had acupuncture before but never with such significant benefits, and she only uses a few needles each session. She is very kind and thoughtful and truly cares about your wellbeing. I think that the combination of being both a skilled practitioner and her gentle manner makes for healing both physically and spiritually. I've noticed a great improvement in my mental focus as well as chronic pain issues. The office is easy to get to, clean and I looooveee the heat lamps and music that she uses for each treatment. In short, she knows what she is doing and the "vibe" is good.
