Dogtopia is wonderful and I loved being able to watch my sweet girl through the webcams (except during nap time). She was always being tended to, engaged, or running around playing with her friends when I checked in.
Millie has had a wonderful experience at Dogtopia! She’s always excited to jump out of the car as soon as we get to the parking lot and greet her favorite staff members (all of them). I love being able to watch her throughout my day at work on the webcam and see how her day is going! As an anxious dog mom who was nervous about doggy daycare, the walkthrough where they show you all the facilities and procedures to ensure safety and cleanliness really put my mind at ease. I also really liked that they spend some time with your pup to make sure they are a good fit, ensuring all the other dogs have gone through the same process. Fantastic staff, easy enrollment (facility requires meet & greet visit prior to completely enrolling). The staff really make this place great! Communication with staff is easy via email or calling. You can access cameras for dog daycare and it's great seeing the dogs interact. Dogs get a walk during dog day care as well. (Big dogs and small dogs are separated). I trust this facility with my dog because the staff is so helpful and considerate. Huge shout out to Devyn who have been so kind and communicative with my questions.
