Elizabeth Yun - She appeared quite brisk, with a noticeable eagerness to conclude the appointment swiftly. There was minimal small talk, and her bedside manner, though acceptable, didn't quite match the expectations for a first-time patient experience.

Had a bald spot on the left side of my head for a year. Went in last July, and after 3 rounds of steroid injections, my spot has almost completely grown back!! 1-2 more rounds of injections, and I should be good to go! They are always fast, timely, kind, and able to help me with my needs!!

I had a cyst and wanted to get rid of it. The doctor was able to identify the reason of inflammation and get it fixed quickly without having to cut it off. Very nice people here and high efficiency! Also a good insurance acceptance!

I've received decent treatment here, including a minor surgery, but the billing and logistics is a mess. Before the surgery, there would be multiple days of no response when I asked about the status of filling out my leave of absence forms. I was told by a doctor as well as the front desk staff that pre-surgical operative appointments are complimentary, only to find that they actually billed me for it. The visit summaries are completely misrepresented: they note things such as a "scalp examination", "skin care education", and "acne consultation" which did not occur during my appointment at all. If you must come here, get everything that's promised to you in writing.I will not be returning.

BEWARE of UNETHICAL BILLING practices. Average service at best. Got overbilled as a 30+ min visit for an actual 8min visit. Got charged removal for 28 warts when I only had 2 tiny pin sized ones (which took all but 30 sec in total).I should've read all reviews before going there, as others are complaining about their bills as well. The clinic mgr was too cowardly to talk to me, so he got their biller to communicate with me instead -thankfully she was nice. But Elizabeth Yun, PA did not want to do the right thing, she refused to back down on her inflated bill.I paid the bill in full and will never go to this money hungry clinic again. Nor will any of my friends or family.BTW, as I've read in other reviews, Elizabeth Yun PA has the personality of a gnat and shows zero compassion or bedside manner.I'm in healthcare and am very aware of the over coding that goes on. And you ask why the price of healthcare is always going up...DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO THE MANY OTHER DERM OFFICES AVAILABLE IN THE AREA! Hopefully they will serve their patients rather than fleece them.

Extremely easy scheduling and great next day availability. Dr Yun was patient enough to listen to concerns and addressed all of them. This is my go-to place for dermatology need

After going to this practice for years, I switched from seeing Gina Mower to Physician Assistant Elizabeth Yun PC A in the Bellevue office because I moved from Seattle. At the first appointment Elizabeth Yun was cold and abrupt. Said how can I help you in an irritated tone, and had absolutely no bedside matter. In the past, Gina Mower has treated my resistant cystic acne by using cortisone injections AND doing small extractions to avoid scarring as needed when cortisone would be too harsh and a pimple was ingrown. Today,Elizabeth Yun refused, said insurance doesn't cover this for years, that I'd be charged $180 and that I should go back to Gina all the way in Burien. Mind you, this is the exact same practice. Gas lighting at its finest.Every dermatologist that has treated my rosacea and cystic acne for the past 10 years, and even in the past few months, has helped and done the right thing so as not to cause me further scarring. Not Elizabeth Yun. She was rude and took no accountability for past doctor patient relationships. Avoid this cold and inexperienced PA and see a real dermatologist literally anywhere else in Seattle. You will just waste time here. Pathetic practice and sorry example of a medical professional.

I asked how much the consultation fee was. They gave a vague answer of we'll bill your insurance. At the appointment, I was charged $250 for a simple 2 minute procedure and then found out the consultation fee was another $250 on top of that and did not go towards the treatment at all. They did charge my insurance but that still left $105 for me to pay. Other dermatology clinic charges half as much for consultation and it all goes towards the treatment if you choose to move forward. And then the treatment they peformed on me didn't get rid of the issue and I was told I'll be charged again for more treatments to fix the issue. The way they answer everything is unfriendly. I don't feel welcome at all. I will not come back. There are much better and friendlier clinics around
