It’s been very hit or miss recently. The lady was very nice. But I specifically said I wanted a clean and wanted my eyes brows thick. And she threaded significantly thin. I’m not very happy unfortunately
I used to visit this place regularly for the past 3 years but the last few visits have been very disappointing. One time I arrived at the opening time, but the store was opened 20 minutes late. The next couple of times I arrived at 5.45pm and I was told there are too many customers and they won't be able to take me in for eyebrows (which per their website does not require an appointment) before closing time. The closing time as per Google is 8pm, when I asked about it I was told they are closing at 6pm. It appears that the staff is uninterested in running the place..I won't be going back.
Awesome service for haircut. Ruby is best and professional in haircut and gives lot of suggestions. Will definitely hop in again. Good value and very clean inside. For sure they are following COVID-19 guidelines.
