Columbia Allergy - Bellevue

Everyone was extremely professional and friendly. The allergy skin test I got was informative and relatively painless (just a little itchy, as you might expect). Now that we know exactly what I'm allergic to, I look forward to seeing if the prescribed allergy shots are going to have an impact on my symptoms.

I am under treatment for severe allergies to PNW trees since moving here nearly three years ago. I take monthly desensitization shots. Columbia Allergy has rigorous procedures. The efforts I have made to keep within their guidelines have been worthwhile. Their recent clinic upgrade is a major step up for the practice.

I will change my review if I get better service but they said someone would call me at the end of the day to schedule an appt. No one called me so I call back. Line rings for a long time then hangs up. So my conclusion is they don’t answer their phone. UNPROFESSIONAL
