She takes the time to understand my skin, always explains what she’s doing, and tailors each treatment with such thoughtfulness and precision.

What I appreciate most is not just her expertise, but her patience and genuine care. She’s always available when I need guidance or support, and I completely trust her recommendations. Shelley is really friendly and very knowledgeable about skin and what products and treatments to use to improve your skin health. I went in originally on a gifted Groupon and have since bought an additional package to continue occasional treatments to keep my skin in line.
