Over the years I have had the pleasure of dealing with this local business that knows its stuff. When I first walked in many years ago my eyes noticed a large poster of The Three Stooges on the wall. I knew I was in the right place. ? Seriously., Kihm has been an outstanding advocate for customers, including giving little useful tips for us DIYers. He encourages people to fix their old mechanical appliances knowing that they were built like tanks, unlike the junk appliances made today with a half-life shorter than my two marriages.
A couple times I used their at-home repair service for a big job and they were also great.

Great company!! Called to ask about our whirlpool refrigerator and Kihm was fantastic. He walked us through the fix and with his instructions we should be able to get our freezer working again. He spent quite a bit of time over the phone. We will definitely use this company for any future issues with our appliances.

Easy 5 star review. Dryer stopped heating and had never attempted to fix one myself before. I called and spoke with Kim on the phone who walked me through everything step by step to diagnose the issue. He knew exactly how to help and I felt like he was in the room with me over the phone.
The part I needed was in stock and at a local location. Then arriving at the service center, the clerk was prompt and friendly, including already having my items already set aside.
All in all, I hope my appliances last forever (obviously) but if there ever is another issue, I'll easily use Appliance Service Plus again.
