Alterations at Nordstrom

SUPER flexible team. I changed my mind 3 times because of my dress being a bridesmaid dress and being uncertain and then unable to travel because of Covid-19. They were able to offer fast service and also put my items on hold till the very last minute. It was about $200 to alter my dress but that's what you pay for quality! Definitely appreciated the customer service.

Literally the most unhelpful human on the phone I’ve ever spoken to… It’s like she had no knowledge of how the alterations portion of Nordstrom works. I’m not even gonna bother coming in to get my alteration “quoted”…
