Great work for a good price! Sean has never tried to sell me anything I didnt need, and was upfront with me about cost of what I did. His mechanics always get the work done right, and they're happy to explain what it is that had to be done! A bit of an expensive oil change, but that just says to me that they're paying their team well, and a happy team puts out great work!

So I didn’t actually have my car fixed by them. I had an accident and my insurance roadside assistance said to have it towed to them. That ended up being a bad idea because they don’t do bodywork which my car needed some of. My insurance kept giving me the runaround. My car was parked on their lot in two spaces. My insurance was telling me they wouldn’t tow it again even though they’re the ones who told me to have it towed there. I couldn’t get a claims rep or anything. he called my insurance for me and gave them my claim number and told them what was going on and that he was going to start charging them for storage. I live in Issaquah, and I could have gone to a shop close to Gilman Blvd., but Ali's customer service is exponentially better than what I've experienced at any other auto repair shop. I've been to Ali's a few times now and will continue to bring my family's cars to Ali's. Sean, in particular, is very responsive, thorough, and knowledgeable.
