Last Wednesday the 11th of October at 4:40pm I buttoned up the shop and jumped in my company Transit Van to head home. Dead battery ! I got a jump from the manager next store and drove straight to Ali’s. Even though it was 4:50pm they verified they had the correct battery and installed it. They were awesome, stayed late and got me back on the road.April, the shop manager, and Matt the technician really provided excellent customer service when it counted. I’ve been here a couple times for oil changes and then more recently bigger car issues. I’ve called last minute every time and they are always able to fit me in and get the work done before the day is done. They are honest, kind, and do quality work. It’s so hard to feel trusting of car repair places when you’ve had bad experiences, I have ZERO complaints about this place. I’m so happy they are in business, and look forward to calling them any time I have issues w/car. And April at the front desk is AMAZING.Services: General repairs & maintenance
