At my second CoolSculpting treatment with Kellie, I truly appreciated their client first approach. They had scheduled a full five hours for my session, and I began the usual check in process as planned. However, because my body was metabolizing the fat reducing treatment at a higher rate than expected, Kellie recommended that I postpone treatment and return in three weeks instead.
This delay would allow Kellie to more accurately assess where and what additional treatment would be most effective, rather than proceeding with the prepaid session as originally scheduled. Brooke did my botox and filler. I had gotten botox several times before, but had been putting off getting filler done for my nasolabial folds/cheek area because I was worried about the outcome. I loved how it turned out! Brooke listened to my concerns for what I wanted and didn't want for botox and filler and explained thoroughly what she was choosing to do and why. I don't particularly care if I have to wait for a while at an appointment, but I was taken back within 5 minutes of arrival.
Great experience at Advanced Skin & Body Solutions! Visited the Issaquah location this time which was quite chic! Erin was a burst of energy and fun and knowledge and aesthe8vision as always. Cannot recommend her enough!
