Meeting and working with Misha has been remarkable. I had some issues with my right ankle, knee, elbow and left shoulder. I was always trying to pop or crack these areas for relief. Eventually my self adjusting became uncomfortable, so I wanted to find another solution. Misha was able to educate me about how these discomforts were a result of tightness and not injury. We worked on these areas, and I was surprised to feel each one felt significantly better after just one adjustment. Just had my first session with Misha. Amazing. He was honest and reviewed my MRI reports. He said the problems will not dissappear and that he really did not like my spondylosis. That all being said, his work on my shoulder took a constant sharp pain to a sporadic dull and barley bothersome pain. He showed me a couple techniques to improve that. He manipulated my lungs, in a good way. I hadn't been able to breathe through my right nostril for a couple years and now I can. He reset my sacrum and gave me some exercises to strengthen the area to keep it in place. The pain in my lumbar region went from a 6 to a 0 and 1. Cannot wait for the rest of the week. Misha is a gift you should give yourself. He is a talented body worker who has helped me and others in my family regain movement, improve flexibility and relieve pain.Works by appointment.Depending on your insurance you may be able to get reimbursed.He listens and knows what he is doing.
