Jingjing is very efficient, reliable and flexible with rush requirements. If you need notary services in Bellevue area, I would skip UPS and the like and go to her instead - better price and service hands down!
Jingjing checked in offline a day before our meeting to get name and address to pre-fill the forms, showed up early and was friendly to work with. I would highly recommend her Notary services.
