They came out to empty the grease trap at one of our businesses. They were friendly, but the first time the driver showed up he said he couldn’t find parking, so he rescheduled. The second time he came he set everything up, then wanted payment up front from our barista. That had never been communicated and of course our employee didn’t have money to give him, so he packed everything back up and left. I called and told the person on the phone what happened and she was very apologetic and took my card to have on file, then they sent him back out the next day. Todd was great. Super sweet and knowledgeable. He taught me what issues to look for with our system. Excellent customer service.Just got the phone with the service guy Carl. This company is awesome. For a big company they give small town personalized service. I highly recommend them. They do care!
The response time from FloHawks beats 911 9 out of 10 times! We've used them for some general maintenance but for those plumbing, septic tank leaking emergencies...thank god for these folks! They respond quickly on the call and dispatch ASAP. Nothing worse than being helpless when your spouse is out of town, you're alone with kids and the flood begins...literally! Highly recommended for not only their response but quality of work and professionalism. They are our go to wet angels!
