Very please with my experience with Bkack Bear Spa. First, Ann was a real pro. She quickly understood my issues, knew how to deal with our spa manufacturer, and was spot on regarding how long the process would take (parts delivery and service). Then, Cory, our technician, was prompt and clearly knowledgeable about pool. He explained what was going to happen and what to expect. He was also very kind and just an all-around nice man. I highly recommend BBS for your pool maintenance needs.

Was able to sit down & talk one on one & understand the breakdown of why my spa pertaining to regular scheduled maintenance & why I need to make sure that my pool levels need to be accurate & within range thanks for taking time out to provide exceptional customer service much appreciated……

Black Bear Spa was GREAT! They managed to get our 30 year old hot tub up and running again after I thought all hope was lost. Tyree is clearly a master of his craft, a downright hot tub magician, and an all around great guy to boot. They were prompt and professional with appointment reminders and on-time arrivals. Very glad we found this gem and will 100% be using them for any repairs needed in the future
